Return Policy

Start the exchange process by:

NOTE Changes cannot be made after 15 days of receiving the product once the exchange process has begun, regular contact must be maintained with our client advisor on business days, in case of not receiving a response, in two days it will be taken as a closed process and we will conclude

- Contacting a Client Advisor.
2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
3. Once your exchange request has been approved, please proceed following steps:
- Add your prepaid shipping label from the company you choose
- Provide us all the details
4. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 15-30 business days You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been completed.

 

Shipping Policy


Shipping times are based on the time your package is shipped and should only be used as a guide. SKVM Violante is not responsible for delays in customs clearance or failed payments, although we will try to minimize possible delays. We deliver with DHL service, we do not make refunds regarding issues that have to do with the previously indicated parcel service operation, once the package is sent and the tracking number is given to the client, the company is not responsible for possible delays.
